This is our disaster response and hunger awareness ministry of the denomination. Westview sends out volunteer repair teams as needed to sites around the United States that need reconstruction and mercy ministry.
Westview supports and regularly takes collections for Northwest Food Pantry and Matthew’s House. These ministries are shining lights caring for the poor and homeless on the westside. Westview church is blessed to partner with them any chance we can.
Our Big Event is a local outreach carnival held every September on our green space. Tons of food, games, and fun for all ages. We believe strongly in community outreach and bringing our neighbors together, so we encourage all to bring their family and friends for a day of fun!
We partner with our local elementary school, C.A. Frost Academy, in providing adult mentors with children in need of a caring adult. Kids Hope USA is about relationship building, one hour at a time! We are grateful for all of the mentors and children who give their time to form relationships, and to the prayer partners that lift these new friendships up in prayer.
